I'm now getting to the age where all the latest exercise routines seem to be geared towards the younger generation (I am not saying that they I can't do them but the marketing certainly puts you off) what I want is to know how to reverse or stop middle aged spread before it takes over my body completely.

If this sounds familiar then I may have something of interesting to share with you here.

I recently came across a program designed especially for those people in their middle age, people who traditionally find it difficult to commit to a long and drawn out exercise program full of different exercises for different days, comprehensive meal plans that take more time to work out and prepare than the exercises themselves so I decided to look at it a bit further.
